ПРЕС-РЕЛІЗ Славутич.  40 років пам’яті Чорнобиля

У квітні 2026 року у місті Славутич відбудеться серія заходів до 40-х роковин аварії на Чорнобильській АЕС «Прип’ять. Славутич. Чорнобиль. Подорож пам’яті крізь 40 років».

Славутичан та гостей міста очікуватимуть тематичні виставки, музейні експозиції, освітні проєкти, зустрічі з очевидцями подій, мистецькі і пам’ятні акції.

У музеї міста Славутича і Чорнобильської АЕС відбудуться тематичні екскурсії та відкриття виставки «Чорнобиль. Подорож», а для молоді організують інтерактивний освітній квест «ZONE: Chornobyl».

Проєкт «Діалог поколінь: Чорнобиль у свідченнях очевидців» створить простір для живого спілкування.

Заплановано символічну акцію – висадку 40 кущів білих троянд біля ансамблю «Білий ангел Славутича» як знак пам’яті та відродження.

Спортивна програма включає традиційні змагання пам’яті героїв Чорнобиля: пробіг, чемпіонати з плавання, карате, гімнастики, важкої атлетики, дзюдо та всеукраїнські змагання зі стрибків на батуті.

Кульмінацією стане вечір 25–26 квітня. У місті відбудуться концерт-реквієм, вечір пам’яті «Полиновий біль» та нічні меморіальні заходи. Традиційна скорботна хода, хвилина мовчання та покладання квітів біля пам’ятного знака «Героям Чорнобиля» об’єднають громаду у спільному вшануванні.

Slavutych.  40 Years of Remembering Chernobyl

April 2026, the city of Slavutych will host a series of events marking the 40th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, titled “Pripyat. Slavutych. Chernobyl. A Journey of Remembrance Through 40 Years.”

Residents of Slavutych and city visitors can look forward to themed exhibitions, museum displays, educational projects, meetings with eyewitnesses to the events, and artistic and commemorative events.

The Slavutych City Museum and the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant Museum will host themed tours and the opening of the exhibition “Chernobyl. Journey,” while an interactive educational quest titled “ZONE: Chornobyl” will be organized for the youth.

The project “Dialogue of Generations: Chernobyl in Eyewitness Accounts” will create a space for live communication.

A symbolic event is planned -  planting the 40 white rose bushes near the “White Angel of Slavutych” monument as a sign of remembrance and rebirth.

The sports program includes traditional competitions in memory of the heroes of Chernobyl: a run, championships in swimming, karate, gymnastics, weightlifting, and judo, as well as a national trampoline competition.

The culmination will be the evening of April 25-26. The city will host a requiem concert, a memorial evening “The Pain of Wormwood,” and nighttime memorial events. A traditional mourning procession, a moment of silence, and the laying of flowers “To the Heroes of Chernobyl” memorial wich will unite the community in a common tribute.
